  4. Dont rush it.. Its there for a life time.. Actually i like your schedule .. No sudden restrictions.. We spent years and decades over eating. Eventually you lose all within a year.
  5. I was banded july 4th.. During operation 4 cc was put in my 14cc band. 16th of august first fill of (1.5).. Felt no difference.. Today 27th I went for another (1cc).. Wow.. I feel it, even water had to be drunk slowly.. No feeling of hunger its 12 hours after fill.. Is this going to last ??
  6. Talk to who?? .. Lol.. The port ? I think we are in the era of "the secret"/ self healing / new age .. But mine speaks french shes from quebec, canada...

  9. 0.8 lbs ????... Thats a glass of water.. Don't weight yourself everyday... And my advice to eliminate the frustration is to learn more and more about dieting and weight loss.. Its a life time process and you will not help your band by being uninformed.
  10. Itll pass in no time.. Dont think about it.. We suppose to be banded for life.. Dont rush it.. Everything will fall in place..
  11. One week ..chicken ??? Hahaha.. It happened with me too.. With tuna.. Well, you suppose to be on liquids or mushy for at least another week.. Dont worry it will heal sooner than you know it .. Dont force it for now.. Good luck
  12. Banded july 4th, today july the 16th, I can eat anything no pain no restrictions, no fills, but ive been cautious.. I swam yesterday no problem, wounds completely healed... Lost 22 lbs... Little burning sensation from that piece under the skin under the biggest wound .
  13. Banded july 4th, never been in an operation before.. 310 pounds, slept, woke up like it was a second.. No big deal.
  14. You are going throught a whole body and life transformation and no one said its easy.. We were all banded because we have failed to diet and maintain it on our own. Follow the doctors advice to the letter and it will be down hill afterward. I almost choked last week because i did not follow doc orders.. Sip water slowly and dont indanger your wounds. Goodluck
  15. Thank you guys for the info.. Just by sharing your opinions one would feel much much better.. And as for you Pieceful1 thanks for asking its 10 days after surgery I feel good.. Struggling with 3 bad habits I guess .. Size of bite.. Chewing.. 3 meals a day.. Akhhh..
