Plexus
I wouldn't try anything without approval from my doctor. I am curious to know if anyone with the band has tried it. I've met several people that diet from time to time with the band.

Plexus
My band is an amazing tool!! I've lost 80+ pounds in 10 months! I'm 11-15 pounds from my goal. Many of my co-workers are doing the plexus diet. I'm just wondering how it works with the band. Does it work with band? Have you tried it?

Banded for 10 months
When I started this journey in july I only ate 1/2 cup of food. I measured everything I ate. If it fit into the half cup that's what I ate. No matter what food it was. Now I measure everything into 1/4 cup serving. When I go out to dinner I can't make a decision so I get coffee for refried Beans. Everyone else I know eats a lot more. I was just wondering if anyone else eats like me. No, I'm not starving myself!!! Where did you get lap band in Dallas?
I was banded at true results by Dr.B. My only issue is seeing different aftercare people every time you go. It's hard to build a relationship with them. All of my fills are covered for the first year.

Neck pain
Hy does my neck hurt so very bad. It started a few hours after I ate. I remember hearing something about neck pain but I can't recall exactly what was said.

Gotta Get This Off My Chest
I understand how you feel and there are a few people on this site that "knows everything about everybody's band" .. I just ignore EVERY comment they make. Some people are just giving advice because they know what worked for them and they just want to share. I love to read the success stories of others and their technique. What I don't like is for people to get angry and band bash because of their irresponsibility post band. I worked hard and sacrificed to pay for my band out of pocket! So, yes I will treat my band with respect and I will continue to talk about my success. Find you a few people who you can depend on for true HONEST support. I have an awesome group of gals and we celebrate together and we tell the truth to one another. I wish you the best on your journey
