  5. I'm on day 5 of preop should I be losing weight my nutritionist said I should lose 5-15lb I'm still at same weight. I'm wondering what am I doing wrong I'm walking a lot a mile 4 days a week plus an exercise class too. Plus I do hiking with my son class. My daily intake is 4 shakes lots of water and homemade ice tea no sugar and 1 serving of vegetable and 1 of fruit. I'm not starving nor do I have the weak feeling. I feel great so shouldn't I see at least a 1-2lb down.... Need some help / advice

  7. I live about 40 minutes away from Springfield Mass. to live right on the border of Vermont and Massachusetts. I recently moved up from Connecticut to Vermont so So I chose what what I knew would be the best place for me to have the sleeve done. That's amazing you Lost that much!!! Tell me how your experience was when you woke up after surgery???

  9. My surgery aug 6 also I'm allowed to have 4-5 shakes that is approved on my list from nutritionist have decaf tea or coffee , sugar free Jello, Popsicles, lots of Water, broth, crystal light, diet snapple 1 serving of starch, vegetable and a fruit.

  13. Is it okay to have a glass or two of wine for this pre-op diet? I I have an evening banquet ball to attend I was Wondering if I can have a glass to socialize with my colleagues
  14. My surgery is aug 6 and today's hasn't been bad my worse part when I head to work soon being around people who are always snacking. My excitement is making me so nervous where I want to eat but I know this is why I chooses to do and start a new chapter in my life. I have a good support team my husband he's actually doing the next 2 week shake diet with me!!! My diet for today is 4 shakes Water with lemon Decaf black ice coffee And a serving of cucumbers and tomatoe (dinner) I went for a half a mile walk this morning Good luck
  15. I know I'm just so ready the worse part is I have a wedding on aug 3 and I'm on the liquid diet and what am I gonna do wit the family sit down dinner for this wedding..
  16. I have to do a 14 day liquid diet with allowed 1 serving of fruit, vegetable and a starch so might be the worse part I enjoy my protein being told I can't have meat fish or poultry is horrible. Idk how I'm going to do it especially when Iake most of the meals at home for my husband and son
