  9. I also have PCOS and have gained 60 lbs in the last 7 years. I was starting to feel ashamed and frustrated about the whole thing. I was banded on 8/1/13 and have lost 16lbs and am on the road to losing. I have my first fill in 2 weeks and am excited for that so I can start eating real foods.

  12. Ha ha I can not wait to eat. You get so sick of protien shakes and yogurt. I wish I could have cottage cheese it would be a great change.
  13. I can not beleive you are already are eating normal food. I have 6 weeks of protien shakes, milk, yogurt, jello, and puddings. I can do a yogurt and a protien shake and maybe a glass of milk a day. I was banded on 8/1/13. It is hard for me to get in all my protien and water.
  14. I am 21 days out and I can only get a protien shake and two yougurts in a day I am trying to get my 60 grams of protien but it is hard. I can not drink 64 oz of water I feel like I will be floating away.
  15. They filled your port when you had surgery? They will not fill anything in my port for 6 weeks.
  16. I was banded on the 1st and so far I have lost 16 lbs. I think that is pretty good for a person my size. It all depends on how much weight you have to lose. How much have you lost? What have you been eating? Are you eating things with too much salt?
  17. I have a little infection. Thanks all!
