Don't be discouraged, took me 8 months to get restriction. I had my surgery on 9/10/12. Gained and lost 10 lbs off and on. I have a 14 cc realize band. I have 10.5 cc in my band.

Me too. Finally in the green zone after 8 months. Haven't lost weight until now.

Which band did you chose?

You have to take into consideration any water retention if you've been regular with bms. Time, clothes.

Now that I'm in the green zone my cravings for carbs have decreased because I get full with Protein. It took me 8 fills to get here. 10.5 in a 14cc band

Reason I ask if you passing gas or having bms is to rule out obstruction

Could be a virus or bowel obstruction or possibly Something wrong with your band. Make sure to go to er if you can't keep liquids down. Will cause dehydration which leads to acute renal failure.

How much have u lost

I had my gallbladder removed in 2003 had lap band last year. I can tolerate all food but when it comes to high fat greasy food I need to make sure there's a bathroom near.

Are you passing gas/ bms?

Congrats in your loss!! I must if had a large stomach to have to get that much!!
