  1. Awesome! Thanks for sharing & congrats! To see that scale under 2...anything is amazing! Please share any tips or encouragement for us that are just beginning our journey
  2. Soooooo if this is the case I better get me a hubby quick! Lol I lost about 75 lbs 2 years ago...though I've gained it all back but when I lost it whewwwww My BF didn't know what to do with me! #Bonus!
  3. Banded 5/17....went back to work today! Still sore....definitely weak BUT still moving along! I took my ice pack & pillow & I made it through the day. I'm still sore & I have pain when I walk...not sure if that's because I also had a hernia removed. Looking forward to the "mushies" on Friday but also nervous! As bad as I want to chunk the liquids far far away I'm super nervous to try new things...but I'm sure it will be fine! My incisions look good...just taking it easy...happy that I found this site! This is super awesome #Accountability!
  4. Thanks redhead for your post! I'm 3 days post op & so far so good! I'm a little fearful about the transition to the mushies even though I have more days to go on liquids. I just DO NOT want to throw up! That's my biggest fear I love this group! Thank God for you guys & your input
  5. I'm a newbie! 3 days post op....it's a struggle but it's temporary! I am grateful for these posts... My daughter ate Chipotle & my mom ate ribs right in front of me earlier so I completely understand...while I sipped my broth...BUT THIS TOO SHALL PASS
