  1. I have had by band for 5 years and I still have the left rib pain. It comes and goes. My doctor think it might be the tubing. You get used to it after a while.
  2. I really miss breakfast. If I eat solids in the morning they will be coming right back up midday.
  3. You look so much younger. Congrats!
  4. I am on my phone and do not see a profile option anywhere.
  5. How do I get to Wendy's first video? I want to follow her story in order.
  6. I definitely can not handle pancakes. My band is actually really tight every morning so I have a protein shake with a snack around 10:30.
  7. I had the bra issue too. Mine would not fit for at least a week after surgery!
  8. Your stomach looks so skinny!
  9. It is not rude at all. After my surgery I found substitute foods that would go through my band. Such as ice cream, I have never liked ice cream as much as I do now. Also popcorn. Popcorn is really easy for me to eat. In my mind the calories even out because I am not eating big meals, but that is why I am where I am!! I need to start keeping track of my calories and my protein. I do not feel good if i eat anything before 11am so I need to just make sure I am drinking a protein drink in the morning. I know you will do great and will learn for the honesty on this site!
  10. I had the band placed in March of 2009. I lost 80 pounds but have gained 60 of it back. I am glad I found this site for support and to get me back on track.
