I am ok. A lot of pressure I guess from the gas. I feel like I’ve been beat up I’m so sore. Are you able to drink ok? I’m on clear liquids for a week. 1 ounce every 15 mins.

absolutely! How are you doing in the middle of the pre op diet? My surgeon has me on full liquids. The hard part was the first 3 or 4 days I guess going through caffeine and carb withdrawls.

I am on full liquids. I am doing like 3 shakes a day, yogurt, pudding, jello (all sugar free). Of course adding in the water, gatorade zero, and crystal light. No caffeine either-that has added to my fatigue too. I did try some broth yesterday to try and get used to it for post op and its not my favorite by far. I keep hearing that the second week is better. Hoping this is true. Are you having the sleeve?

Hi!! I am 7 days post op and only drinking protein shakes and water. After I drink my protein shakes I get the hiccups, they only last 15 secs or so, but it just seems weird. Anyone else having this?

cda97, hope its going better for you. Ive been dealing with hiccups and pressure in my abdomen. Called the doc and I found out that I have been drinking water before and after my protein shakes (meals) and that's a no-no. Now that I've stopped doing that I feel a little better. I think at this point I feel kinda stuck like Im not getting anywhere or what in the world have I done.....ugggghhh-this is a roller coaster for sure!!!

I feel the same way. I was banded Friday also. Im having mixed emotions, just up and down kinda feeling. One minute Im hungry, the next I take a sip of water and I feel like Im gonna explode. Not sure how we will make it, but we WILL!!!
