Hi! Day two after being banded !! Very sore in port area as mentioned. No pain from the gas so far! Very excited and focused. Home on stage 3 diet! Soft and puréed foods. Have a good day all.

Home resting. Everything went great. My belly is sore but no pain in My shoulder. The shakes are good. Went home on stage 3 which allows me yogurt, fat free soups puréed And Cottage cheese. One day at a time .

It's 7:30 and I'm on my to the hospital ! today is the day and I am so excited !!!!!

I am also being banded on Monday the 20th. Met a couple of ladies that were banded recently and they also said to walk walk walk ! So that's just what I'm going to do!! I'm very excited . Good luck to all!'

@blondchclky I am scheduled for May 20th and would love to swap/share stories of our new lifestyle changes ! I am very excited and nervous all at the same time. I meet with my surgeon tomorrow. I would imagine starting my pre op diet soon. Hope to hear from you. Best of luck

Congrats to those who have had their surgery !! I got my approved letter in the mail from my insurance company!! Meet with my Dr. On Tuesday ! I am so excited !!

I'm feeling the same way. I had my pre op upper GI today!! Getting closer and I feel I have to get it all in but that's not the right way. ! Ugh! I am at the point tho that there is nothing else I want lol! Time to focus. Hope to get a surgery date soon
