I've never had surgery before so I'm pretty scared. I guess you have to meditate before you go. Take deep breaths. Hope I don't have a panic attack

I wish to I'm ready but I'm not. My mother n law said she was a big supporter but she don't barley talk about it. If I had a real shoulder to lean on then I'd be more excited. Feel depressing to me.

I'm 4 days preop and I feel so sad I see a lot of people happy,excited, and ready. Why do I feel this way? I feel like my lifes not gonna change. I don't have enough support at all my husband plays on the game and all I wanna talk about it lapband. He dose'nt wanna talk about it because he's tired of hearing about it I can just tell. The only info they sent me home with was a paper that said start a 1500 low Cal diet I was shocked to no directions on what I'm suppose to eat or anything!

I can't drink milk so I got this protein shake that has no milk in it called lean shakes at gnc Omg so yummy strawberry is soo good I got me a case for 30 bucks but its worth it! Sent from Samsung galaxy tab using lapband talk

Im on pre op diet to im on a 1500 cal stricked diet i can have food just smaller size and i drink 64 oz of Water. My dietician sent me a paper about all the foods I can and cannot have. Surgery date is July 31st Sent from Samsung galaxy tab using lapband talk

Somebody please give me and idea on how being put to sleep. I have surgery next wednesday and im terrified. I know i will be fine but im not very excited im more scared than anything of dying. Ive been having weired dreams? I been going off on my husband and been in the worst mood ever. Ive been crying feels like im saying goodbye. Did anyone feel this way please please help me take care. I started my pre op diet to its 1500 Cal diet I down loaded lose it on my phone just to help me! On Google play! Its called lose it that's all!

So nerves had my administration test done today ekg and all I'm just nerves about being put to sleep...

Hey girly I have my surgery the 31st of July! I have to go to a pre op appointment on the 17th. I have no idea what's gonna happen at the seminar! But you should get a call from your surgeons office for your surgery date!
