  1. I had mine yesterday! yes make sure you walk that gas pain is horrible i'm still feeling mine oh an ice pack over your port area seems to be helping too. Good Luck to you!
  2. Congrats! I had my surgery yesterday. Still in a lot of pain where they put my port and feeling a lot of the pain from the gas they put in me still but as far as coughing stuff up i'm doin the same thing. I'm relieved to not be the only one. I'm not to sure it has anything to do with smoking tho maybe the anastesia....I dono I'm with you I'd like to know what it's all about. I haven't gotten hungry at all either. I had to make myself eat a very small amount of jello just to ave something in me. I've just been craving ice water that's all I want. Good luck to you on your journey!
  3. I have a week to go before I join the band family . I'm drinkin well I've been drinkin Body By Vi for awhile now so I kept on it for my liquid diet as well. The way I make it is in the blender an add ice so it ends up bein a pretty big serving. I know I can't have it the same way after surgery. So what I'm woundering is who else uses this and what has been some ways you have used it after being banded. Thanks
