  1. I am off to meet with the nutritionist today. Looks like I will start pre-opt today. I will be banded on May 3 . Will let you know how it goes from here!
  2. I am a self pay and I am being banded May 3. Now I am starting to think am I doing the right thing!? Boy what a roll a coaster ride!
  3. My son in law went their he has the sleeve done I can ask who his Dr was and what he thinks about them. We walk 3 times a week I am not going to see him until Monday unless they come over Sunday for my last supper before my pre-opt starts. LOL

  10. I am being banded on May 3. I have to stop smoking. Why is it everyone tells me take it one day at a time. When I wake up and start to think about what I have to do that day I am STRESSED before my day starts and I want to grab a smoke!. How about we think about one hour at a time! It is working for me. I have been 24 hours and NOT smoked at all. I am not trying to take it a day at a time, just one hour at a time works for me! .

  14. So far I am right at 24 hours smoke free and I am still alive! My family is not hurt in anyway LOL! My Hubby even told me I smell good! I like that! I can and will do this!

  19. I am sorry but it is true! This smoking thing is HARD for me!! I have gum lifesavers and butterscotch (candy not the other) on my desk and then I see this some one being told NO COFFEE! It is more then a gal can stand on a MONDY!
  20. Please tell me I can have my coffee!! I had to stop smoking and I am still working on that! If I have to give up coffee too what will my family do MOVE OUT ON ME! They would not be able to be in the same zip code as me and they know it. They are praying please let her keep her coffee.
