Divorce Help
You will need to keep yourself safe. Make sure to leave when he is not home and have a friend with you as a witness. You may need to get a restraining/Harrassment Order against him. Be careful too, sometimes men try to convince you that they have changed, only to be nice for a brief time and they go back to their old abusive ways. I hope you talk to a domestic abuse advocate. Keep a journal in case you need to press charges on him in the future. Good luck and keep safe!

Good luck with your surgery !- Vsg In Minneapolis Area?
Hi, I live near Methodist Hospital and I had my surgery done there and Dr Jones and his staff were very supportive and wonderful! I highly recommend getting Vertical Sleeve Surgery at Methodist Hospital in St Louis Park MN.- anyone from minnesota? need support
Hi, I'm from Minnesota and I had my surgery at Methodist Hospital in St Louis Park MN. Dr Jones was my surgeon and he was wonderful! My surgery was Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 10:00 am. My surgery went well! Now I am on a 7 day clear liquid diet until I see my Bariatric nurse . I made the right decision.- Vertical Sleeve Surgery Went Well
After doing my Protein liquid diet, I went into surgery on Thursday May 30, 2013 at 10:00 am. I have very small veins and the nurse put the I V in my left hand before I went into surgery. I had to wear the vibrating compression leggings and whenever I had to use the restroom, the nurse had to unhook my leggings. On Saturday morning, at 6:00 am, I had to use the restroom and I had to be unhooked from the leggings and I couldn't move my fingers in my left hand. My left hand blew up like a balloon and my left hand turned blue. The nurse got a bit nervous, took the I V out of my left hand, and the nurse put a new I V in my right arm. The nurse kept putting a heat pack and changing the heat pack on my left hand on a regular basis and the swelling on my left hand went down and now my left hand is normal. I spent 2 nights in the hospital and I went home at noon, Saturday, June 1, 2013. Now I am to be on a clear liquid diet for 7 days. Then I will see my Bariatric nurse and then go on a Liquid Protein diet for two weeks after that. I am having a hard time with trying to get down 48 oz of Clear liquids. Put I am going to do the best I can and have a positive attitude. I wish everyone good luck on their surgery and good luck on healing after surgery!- Surgery tommorrow
Good luck on your surgery tomorrow! I had my surgery on Thurs May 30, 2013 and I am is on a clear liquid diet for 7 days until I see my Bariatric Nurse.- Where the May sleevers i just got my date!
I will be getting sleeved tomorrow May 30, 2013 at 10:00 am. I'm ready to reinvent myself. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!- Surgery Date, Thursday, May 30, 2013
I'm a bit nervous about my surgery tomorrow. I'm having the Vertical Sleeve, and Gallbladder Removal. I was on a 10 day liquid Protein diet, and today I am drinking clear fluids only. My surgery time is 10:00 am. I will be spending Thursday might and Friday might in the Hospital and I will be discharged around noon time on Saturday, June 1, 2013. I will be bringing the following items for my hospital stay: CPAP Machine Toothbrush Clothes Comfortable tennis shoes Glasses ID and Insurance Card And more importantly, Chapstick After I get out of the Hospital I will be back on the Liquid Protein Diet for 1 week. Life is a journey, not a destination! I am reinventing myself! It's time for a major life change for the better! I wish you all the best of luck on your surgery!- Has anyone here gotten a prescription for "Atenolol"? 202 weeks before and after surgery? This medication is a Beta Blocker.
I had talked to the bariatric nurse and she said the reason they prescribed me the medication is so my heart beat slows down. Now I don't feel bad about having to take a beta blocker. Tomorrow I will be starting my liquid diet (Monday May 20, 2013) after I wake up. I am on a night shift schedule. My liquid diet will be until my surgery date of Thursday May 30, 2013in the morning. After surgery I will continue to be in a liquid diet. Thank you everyone for your support! I wish everyone here good luck on their weight loss journey!
