Hello March LB's my surgery is March 7th! Really excited

Aww hoping it all works out for you, I take iron pills for women from sprouts, and this is kinda gross but eat beef liver, I did that last year. Im waiting on blood work results too. Good luck!

So im getting prepared for surgery, and a list of things i need. I got liquid vitamins from sprouts so $$$ didn't think liquid was such a big thing, anyway now I have a headache, and it just hit me i need liquid Tylenol or any headache medicine. Body pillow, and a heating pad. Anything else I'm missing? Thanks !

Yes, I had my first consult on February 26th with TR. my surgery date is March 7th, I started my pre op diet today, did my blood work yesterday. It was supper fast, and a little overwhelming, but I'm going with the flow, good luck with everything.

I have many times. I think we all ask our selves. How did I let my self get this big? But now I'm doing something about it, I just hope I don't go from ashemd to depressed. I'm really worried about loose skin, im used to this body since I can remember, but I want a healthier life style.

Is this something I must have? Just curious

I'll have to get some, the costco one was recommend to me by my consultant at true results, but costco is about an hour away from me, so im hopping my grocery store has the carnations brand.thank you!

So I'm starting my pre op diet tomorrow, I found protein shakes at Costco called "premier protein shakes" $25.00 for 18 pre made shakes. My first protein purchase. Any thoughts?? Suggestions?

I had my first appointment with them this morning, and my surgery date is March 7th, I had a great experience. It's a little overwhelming, and a lot to process in one hour visit, and then I was like what the heck did i just do? But now I'm home re thinking everything, and discussing it all with my family. And I have to say this is the best decision I'm making for my self/health, and family. Good luck! Stay in touch.

March 7th is the day, I'm bugging out. So many emotions right now.. vomited twice already, I need to breath, and calm down.

Congratulations! I have my first appointment with true results tomorrow, really don't know what to expect, but I'm really excited to get my weight of too.
