I actually have a question. I am looking into getting the lap band and I know after I lose enough weight I will need a tummy tuck and breast lift but I'm a bit scared because I've read from some banders that they have lost so much weight they're port bulges out. Does yours bulge out? Did the surgeon have any concerns because you had the lap band? So happy for you! Enjoy your improved life

Also, mixing it up helps.. If you do the same workouts 6 days out of the week your body will get used to it and you won't see much change. You should give your body at least 2 days to recuperate and rest. You don't wanna hurt yourself either. Good luck

Hi Everyone! I've been wanting to get the lap band for quiet sometime now but haven't been able to afford it, I came across this Oband commercial, called, went in for my initial visit on 1/18 (last week) and it went well. The office didn't really seem like a dr office and my husband was skeptical about it since he went with me, so I did some research online but I didn't find out much about Oband. Just wanted to know if anyone has gone through Oband for their lap band procedure. Oh by the way I have Aetna PPO and from what they told me at my first visit they're just advocates for the patient to get this type of procedure approved by the insurance. Maybe that's why the office didn't really look like a professional doctors office? Kind Regards, Marizela
