Had my first fill this morning. So far so good. Back on clear liquids for 3 days. Next fill in 4 weeks. Did not hurt at all.

I waited about a week. Now, when I get hungry I have sex instead. My husband is thrilled. -
I am so sorry for your loss. Let yourself feel all the pain and sadness. Cry instead if eating for comfort. She would want you to be successful praying for you to get through this painful time.

The pre diet isn't as bad as you think. I did the Chike shakes 3 a day and lost 16 pounds before surgery. After day three it gets easier. You can do it!! -
I go in for my first fill on Monday and I am so nervous! Part of my incision is not healed.
