My Dr. Doesn't say we cant have it because the carbonation. What he says is banded patients who continue to drink soda's don't lose weight, Or at least not as much as a patient who does not drink sodas. I too will have a soda if I crave one but not often and even when I do the carbonation stops me cold in my tracks...I have to wait til ts not bubbly or add icecream lol My Dr always talks about high calorie intake stuff so I think he is saying stay away from soda because its just not good for you I made the mistake of going minutemaid lemonade...I recently read in a magizine its better to drink tea than lemonade because of the calories...Then I looked at my bottle and freaked out! minutemaid lemonade 1 20 oz bottle 250 calories 0 fat 87.5 sodium 70 carbs and no protein

Heya we went yesterday to Ozzfest in San A TX~ We had a blast it was really really hot... and the tee-Shirts cost more than the tickets!! We had a fantastic time though! Hehe thanks thats my hubby of going on 13 years! we started dating when I was 13 him 15 lol. Ya there were supose to be 28 gals, but if ya looked at the pic's alot of those well really all those out of a victorias secret catalog girls did not go...There WAS 10 Gals though. Came in 3rd, but dont matter only 1st place gets a prize. The girl was giving out the "Free" passes at the door telling people to vote for her, the thing is the passes were free to anyone who printed them out so I thought that was retarded but it worked lol. Regardless we had a blast won a bunch of free loot and played games Heres some pics~ Now moving on to OZZFEST!!! It's next Tuesday!!!

Or scratch them all and dig some more??? The contest is based on a cheer rating too, the contest is Sat at 1pm in Grape vine TX

My only issue w/ the band has been getting too big of a fill and needing an unfill 2 times. I gor dehydrated those two time and it sucks but thats the only issues I've had thus far~
