  6. Thanks all for ur suggestions. I'm going out today to by the nectar protein because that will really push me drinking more protein instead of me trying to eat it. I will keep u all posted.
  7. I tried doing protein all day n that was even worst I really felt like I was starving like a hour after I stop drinking. Ugh I don't know what is going on with me. I'm happy I'm losing weight so well but I h8 the hunger feeling. I'll try the drinking to see if that's what it is
  8. I am eating every 2 hrs or so and I am getting plenty of protein and when I eat and drink. I can't even eat a lot I get full so fast. I'm only 5weeks out. Is this normal? Eating and drinking every 2 hrs. Before I would go so much longer without eating or wanting to drink I would have to force myself. Please I need some in sight. Is this normal?Did anyone else experience this.

  17. I'm 6day post op and feel the same way even though u have more time than me. I am so tired walking is my big chore. I do it when the pain is low and about 10mins in I feel like I'm going to fall out. Hoping to get my energy level back
  18. So I'm 6days post op and when I get "hungry" I buy meals(meals that are approved for me to eat) and 4bites into the protein I'm full. It's so weird because I would have scarfed down the whole meal within 30mins. I love that I have this self control. I just wish my head would stop being so big. I know that will take a while but in the mean time my hubby can have the leftovers and he is so happy about that. Anyone else? I'm sure I'm not the only one.
  19. Hi all i am 3days post op today and so far i have been ok. I have learned to stay ontop of my pain meds so thati dont have too much pain. I havent passed gas as yet but im hoping that will come soon. I have been walking and sipping and i am able to eat soft foods such as eggs, chicken, tuna the only thing i could eat was egg and tuna and i tried this dry turkey they gave me at the hospital(ewwww) i cant wait to feel normal again. How is everyone else doing today?
  20. I have been having ups and downs pain wise. It takes the nurses so long to bring in my meds. I really wish I was home so I can control my meds. I am walking and sipping but I will say this part is the hardest. My vitals are all over the place n I'm just hoping its nothing serious. If everything goes well I will be leaving today. Pray for my well being so that I can leave. P.S I can see why people have buyer remorse, its super hard in the beginning but I know it will get better. Ttyl
  21. I'm doing OK. I'm a little pain but otherwise I'm doing fine. Thanks for all ur best wishes
