I have a question how is everyone's exercising going? I haven't really kicked started my exercising but I really need to. How is everyone with exercising? Besides walking is there anything else u all are doing?

im hungry and can barely eat
- im hungry and can barely eat
Thanks all for ur suggestions. I'm going out today to by the nectar protein because that will really push me drinking more protein instead of me trying to eat it. I will keep u all posted.- im hungry and can barely eat
I tried doing protein all day n that was even worst I really felt like I was starving like a hour after I stop drinking. Ugh I don't know what is going on with me. I'm happy I'm losing weight so well but I h8 the hunger feeling. I'll try the drinking to see if that's what it is- im hungry and can barely eat
I am eating every 2 hrs or so and I am getting plenty of protein and when I eat and drink. I can't even eat a lot I get full so fast. I'm only 5weeks out. Is this normal? Eating and drinking every 2 hrs. Before I would go so much longer without eating or wanting to drink I would have to force myself. Please I need some in sight. Is this normal?Did anyone else experience this.- Friday Weigh-In!
HW 279 Dos 2/19: 270 CW: 255- 2 weeks post op question
Wow. What were ur symptoms?- 2 weeks post op question
Thanks all for ur opinions. I'm wondering if its reflux since I had that before the bypass. I see my doc tomorrow and hope he has answers. Other than that pain I'm doing fine- 2 weeks post op question
I have been having pain in my pouch as I eat that feels like its really bad hungry pains. I ask the nurse and she said I may be eating to much or too fast but I know that's not it. Anyone else experienced this? Hope someone can give me some insight- i feel oh so pretty
it really is! To lose 16lbs is like heaven for me. I told myself before i started this journey i was going to appreciate every lost and every NSV. I never want to go back to where i was before- i feel oh so pretty
Its only been two weeks but I have lost 16lbs in total and my face is the first to slim down n I feel so pretty. I did my makeup and my hair and just felt beautiful. I haven't felt like this in a very long time. I can just imagine how great I will feel when I lose 50lbs lol- Officially post-op!
Congrats I was there last week and that button is ur best friend. Praying for a fast recovery- my head is bigger than my stomach
I thought I would have to be also, so happy I can actually have normal food- my head is bigger than my stomach
I can have chicken, turkey, tuna, fish, eggs, cottage cheese and seafood. High protein foods pretty much.- A month post op
I'm 6day post op and feel the same way even though u have more time than me. I am so tired walking is my big chore. I do it when the pain is low and about 10mins in I feel like I'm going to fall out. Hoping to get my energy level back- my head is bigger than my stomach
So I'm 6days post op and when I get "hungry" I buy meals(meals that are approved for me to eat) and 4bites into the protein I'm full. It's so weird because I would have scarfed down the whole meal within 30mins. I love that I have this self control. I just wish my head would stop being so big. I know that will take a while but in the mean time my hubby can have the leftovers and he is so happy about that. Anyone else? I'm sure I'm not the only one.- Fabulous February Post-Op's
Hi all i am 3days post op today and so far i have been ok. I have learned to stay ontop of my pain meds so thati dont have too much pain. I havent passed gas as yet but im hoping that will come soon. I have been walking and sipping and i am able to eat soft foods such as eggs, chicken, tuna the only thing i could eat was egg and tuna and i tried this dry turkey they gave me at the hospital(ewwww) i cant wait to feel normal again. How is everyone else doing today?- At the hospital
I have been having ups and downs pain wise. It takes the nurses so long to bring in my meds. I really wish I was home so I can control my meds. I am walking and sipping but I will say this part is the hardest. My vitals are all over the place n I'm just hoping its nothing serious. If everything goes well I will be leaving today. Pray for my well being so that I can leave. P.S I can see why people have buyer remorse, its super hard in the beginning but I know it will get better. Ttyl- At the hospital
I'm doing OK. I'm a little pain but otherwise I'm doing fine. Thanks for all ur best wishes - im hungry and can barely eat
