  1. I'm so happy to here your good news. Way to go!
  2. I had my first fill on Monday of last week and I don't feel much restriction either. I'm so afraid the band won't work and I will fail at loosing weight again. My family tells me I have eaten too much and stretched my stomach. They say I should just measure every thing and only eat 1/2 cup of food. If I could do that I wouldn't have bothered with the surgery. I feel desperate too.
  3. I am about in the same time frame you are in. I am also trying to figure this out. I have been worrying that I have done something wrong and wrecked the banding some how, because I can eat more than I thought I would be able to. I eat it and feel fine then my stomach starts to hurt. I don't feel full. I know I eat too fast and I should chew more. Thank you for yor post. All the replays helped me too.

I'm wondering if I made the wrong decision. The surgery was very painful because I had a hernea repair also. I have had a lot of swelling after the surgery. I thought I was ready for this, but now I wonder what I can really eat. I'm getting tired of sweet jello and pudding. I eat a lot of ice that seems to feel okay.
