So how many pounds are we supposed to lose a monthI'm no longer in the 270s so happy almost 70 pounds downI have had only one fill but I have been losing weight I have found if I eat to fast I seem to get hungrier sooner and the things I eat change on how I do I am happy on how things are I think a lot of it is in my head I had a lot of bad habitsIm almost out of the 280 one more pound to go 56 pounds lost 50 more to go for goalTortillas give me a problem some times if I dont chew it well dont eat cake everI payed for my surgery my self to it was 8900 for everything I took a loan out to pay for it I live in Colorado I like my Dr I have had one fill banded in December and lost 54 poundsGot my first fill on monday it went really good I was not sure how it would go thought it might hurt didn't feel a thing Dr didn't numb it eitherAt Dr for first fill banded 12/19 so happy 33 pounds down after banded 43 total I feel on top of the worldI have lost 46 pounds I was banded 12/19/12 so happy I just did my measurements today wish I would of did them in the beginning. I dont really see the weight lost yet but the scale is my friend lolI had something like this happen when I went to my Dr he told me it is hard for the band to slip anymore you might of ate somethingthat didnt go down right try pineapple juice it helps me
