PB is for "productive burp". Basically burping your food back up. Sliming is when something is stuck and your body is pumping out extra saliva to try to get it down, and you're bringing that up. Hope that helps!

I plan on just buying a couple pair of jeans at Target or WM in each size until I get down to my forever size, then it's on!

Hmm that's not a bad idea. Although they said they wouldn't release me to a taxi or such, it had to be a friend or family member. This is my brother! He also happens to drive the shuttle to my hotel!

Just found out my 20 year reunion is going to be in the FALL of 2008. I knew it was in 2008, just wasn't sure when. Was afraid it would be early before I got surgery. At that reunion will be the girl that used to be my best friend until I found out she was sleeping with my (now ex) husband. I just can't wait to show up thin and thank her. I have the best husband EVER now, and I couldn't have gotten where I am today without her being a shit. :party:

That's so sweet of you to offer! I really only need a ride from Jewish to the Sheridan in Sharonville. (18 minutes according to Google). I can take a cab from the hotel back to the hospital when I'm ready to leave. But I wouldn't ask you to take off work to shuffle me around when they release me. Thanks for the offer, though! Nice to see there are nice people left in the world!

I'm not sure if I'm going to make it down or not. That's 3 days before my surgery, and not only am I miserable on this pre-op diet, I'm tired of driving! LOL I'll catch y'all at the next one :party:

I'm having my surgery done by Dr. Curry on the 12th. But I live in Cleveland, so I'm driving down and driving back. The flaw in this elaborate plan is how the heck I'm going to get from the hospital back to the hotel for my recovery until I can drive. :party: If I have my husband drive down, aside from it being logistically impossible with 5 kids, what would I do with the extra car? I don't have any friends that don't also have kids and can leave them for an entire day or more. My only family is my sister and she's a TOTAL flake and I wouldn't count on her for anything. I have 11 days to figure this out. lol. I already had a hotel reserved for most of that week, it just never occured to me that I wouldn't be able to GET to it!!

I went with Dr. Curry (and I'm right near you in Medina!). It's about a 3 hour drive to his office. The $12,500 includes fills for 2 years. Also, he does the first fill under floro, so you get a more aggressive one. I'm excited! 11 days to go!

I'm having surgery in Cincinnati with Dr. Curry. SVCH wanted me to jump through way more hoops than I was willing to as a self-pay! Not to mention the extra $5k they wanted for the pleasure!

Yikes! I've already made plans to stay at a hotel near the hospital the night before so that I don't have to add the stress of "omg I'm going to be late" to the stress of the surgery. Now I'm wondering if I should stay 2 days!
