    Haven't checked in for a while...I need to do this more but Wednesday marks my 8 weeks and I'm down 63 lbs and 2 jeans sizes and running and playing sports and feeling really good....I have only lost 3 lbs in the last 3 weeks but I think I just need to work on my macros a bit to find the right combination of carbs to protein to fats

    Since January 10 ( my first appointment) I'm down 54 lbs lost 14 since March 6 ( surgery day) very happy today!!!

    I'm trying to ignore it...my drain site didn't have glue and its fully healed but I'm just too nervous to get it off!!! Lol I'm probably gonna wait till its of the incision and then work on getting the rest off...

    First, I'm glad to hear that everyone is doing well and getting better Second, the glue on my incisions is starting to come off, but there is no chance I'm gonna pull or pick at it...did anyone else have the glue come off in 1 piece or did u trim the loose pieces or what did u do??
