Approved right away with a BMI of 44 at 21 years old. :/ No questions asked! (Empire insurance plan) I'm ready to drop 100 by next Christmas! Surgery date: 12/15/12

As an employee in the nursing department at my local hospital, I see post op patients daily! It is such a small ratio for blood clots after surgery: if you are moving around and doing what you have to do to prevent them. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks as well so I understand the worry but let me reassure you that you're going to be okay! Keep smiling and working hard! Good luck with everything

I'm a newbie here! Starting my pre op diet tomorrow! Had my endoscopy on Friday!! Scheduled to be banded w plication 12/15/12! Starting: 244 Current: 242 Short term: 220 Long term: 140 and healthy!

I'm going to be banded December 15th and I'm moreso excited than I am nervous! Upper endo was done Friday, and I start my pre-op diet on Monday! good luck December bandsters!
