  1. I am scheduled for 12-14 and day 3 of preop. So funny how everyone's diet is different. My dr wants me to have one meal a day dying preop. So 4 oz of protein and a cup of veggies and the other two meals are shakes. Have to admit that this is making it much easier and getting me ready to measure everything in my new life

  4. Thanks. I have a 3 yr old so I won't have a choice but to be up and walking quickly. I am oddly in the fortunate super morbid obese ... Ironic right? I have no other existing health problems so it is just time to nip this in the bud before I get any problems other than 150lbs to lose!!
