Today is 1 week since my surgery. Is it normal that i don't really need to sip fluids i can take decant swallows with no discomfort?

That is crazy how insurances are different i had my first class last may and just got my surgery april 3rd. Im not complaining just glad i finally got it done

Today is a lot better it took a hour and 15 minn but i was able to drink 8oz of protein

I had mine april 3rd also. Is anyone else having problems getting all the fluids they want you to get in a day im feel so full and only getting mybe half of what they expect in the first week

I am 10 hr post op right now. For me there is a little gas pain in the stomach but it is nothing that cant be handled. I have already been up and walking 3 times today. The first one was with the nurse then she cut me lose to unplug my iv and go whenever i want. Good luck tomorrow im sure you'll see its not that bad

I was told to drink 2 tablespoons in the morning and 2 tablespoons in the evening. You have to drink the whole bottle?

Mine was approved in 2 weeks but then it took the hospital 3 month's to fit me in.

I am diabetic and I am getting the sleeve. I was told i probably won't have too take my medicine anymore after surgery and thday they would know for sure before i leave the hospital
