  4. I am pre-op but I am already preparing myself for my surgery in January. I walked 3.06 miles in 55:17! have not exercised in almost 9 months. Tomorrow i will beat that time.
  5. Hey everybody I hope you all are well. I am pre-op but I was wondering if you veterans can answer this question for me. Can you take Fat Burners Post-Op to go along with your exercise regiment? I will not see my Dr. for another 2 weeks and I am very impatient. lol. I appreciate it.
  6. Years upon years, Diet after Diet I always start off right. I eat the right foods, I exercise, and then after months I hit a wall and lose control. I noticed I prepared my body to lose weight but not my mind. My procedure will be sometime in january 2013 but I have started the portion controls. I know it will be tough but I know I can do it this time. I have no choice I might as well get used to eating less now. One thing i hate is vomitting. I will program myself that I already have the procedure so when it does happen it is not a shock to me.
  7. Congrats CatLady! Hearing those words of approval make your day does it not? It sure made mine.
