Hello ladies.. I am in south east houston.. Looking for a workout buddy and general lap band buddy.. No one understand the life of lap bander

it is going well with the band i am finding that on my pure protein days i am very full.. be satisfied

everything going well.. started the Dukan eating lifestyle..not too bad..down 20lbs since the begining i am in an lose/ gain phase but it is the same 5 lbs

everyone says this is normal we are in bander hell.. and it will pass

i am soo frustated I have been at 25 lbs weigh loss for a month now.. got a fill on 1/28 but didn't feel any different..i feel like i am doing something wrong.. my body is getting smaller but the scale is not changing

mine stop for two Weeks but my clothes are getting really loose..so everyone stay encouraged

Yeah..had some hard days and now I feel back to normal. Job needed me back starting 12/26 and I am so tired took me until now to feel like normal. I was still sore and driving 30 mins there and back felt like driving to 1000 miles. But I am good thanks

ok..I feel ready to deem my self in post op stage

mine was like really strong tape on the incisions and now it is rolling off

question.. i had my surgery 12/14 and my bandage are puling off.. is it ok ok to just remove them or should i wait?
