  1. Surgery 3/12 Pre-op weight 326 Current weight 261 Total loss 65 lbs So far off my blood pressure and cholesterol meds. Diabetes meds cut in half. Feeling great and down 4 sizes.
  2. I feel the same as u elleG. I have been at a stand still on weight loss for 2 weeks now. I hear it is normal though. It is a bit frustrating though.

  4. Feeling nauseous the past few days. No matter what I eat or drink. No vomiting just no desire for anything barely getting 20-30grams protein. Feeling sad.
  5. I'd love to have the name of the protein water mix. The protein shakes taste ultra sweet to me and with only being able to eat 2 oz., I'm having trouble getting my minimum 60 in. The unflavored unjury does not go great in water.

  7. Yes, I have. I think it has to do with positioning during sleep. I'm 19 days out and still can't sleep through the night. I have not been able to comfortably sleep on my side. Which sucks for a side sleeper. It does get better day by day.

  19. I have my post op follow up with the surgeon tomorrow. I had initially taken 3 weeks off of work. However, I hope he will approve one more otherwise I am only off one more week. Reason being I can not get any decent amount of sleep. I am a side sleeper and do to discomfort and pain, I can not sleep well. Since surgery I noticed that I get pain in my hips and thighs while lying on my back in bed. This was not an issue before surgery. I can sleep 2 hours at a time tops. Also I have had a horrible sore throat since surgery and it hurts so much to swallow and still need some assistance to shower. I can't wait to get back to normal.

  25. 10 days post-op and I finally pooped!!! Lol it feels like such an accomplishment.
  26. Have you tried to just cut them in half and swallow them with water? I thought I would have to crush some of mine but have been able to take them as usual without crushing them just have you cut them. I too am still on full liquids but the pills dissolve so quickly once they go down. So they shouldn't harm you.

  28. Good luck. I wish you the best. Nothing to be scared of. When you wake up after surgery you will feel such relief.
