Thanks everyone. I honestly don't think I am eating too much. I can barely get the 1/4-1/2 cup of food down they say to eat. They only put in 1 cc yesterday. My fills are pretty expensive, so unless I just absolutely have to go back for an unfilled I Don't want to. Been eating slowly, chewing, small bites...those is the first time I have really felt any kind of restriction. I don't know if it is really considered vomiting or not I "spit up" a lot of slime sometimes.

I was banded on Nov 16. Had my 3rd fill yesterday. The last couple of weeks I have been having a lot of slime when I eat. Does anyone know what causes this?

I am an lvn and I work in the office doing MDS, I had my surgery on the 16th and went back to work on the 20th. It was way too soon for me. I was having a lot of pain and nausea. I took off the rest of the week and went back the following Monday. And felt a lot better.

I was banded on 11/16. Been feeling a little discouraged. The last few days I have been starving! Truly my stomach is growling...I'm still drinking the protein shakes. I'm eating mushy food now. My first fill is on the 7th. I weighed myself Thursday and had gained 3 pounds. Having a pity party I know...but wondering was it worth it? Know it hasn't been a month yet, but I was doing so well before. Had lost 24 pounds. Now I've gained 3.

I had a two week liquid diet, but every surgeon is different...

I think I may try soup. My mom is going to make soup and I thought maybe I could blend it up or drink the broth off of it. I don't really care of cream of wheat. What about you?

Yeah...been walking making laps around my moms house, yesterday went to walmart and walked around for a little bit, went to get tea and gasx. I feel better today. No nausea this morning. Shoulder still hurts, but not as bad. Maybe this is the turning point! Lol!!

I had my surgery yesterday. Surgery went great, no problems at all. Today has been terrible. So sick to my stomach. I have waves of nausea and feel like I am going to throw up. Scared to death to throw up. My left shoulder, side and chest hurt from the gas. And nothing seems to help. I had a hysterectomy in September and that was nothing. I debt think I was expecting this much pain. But I will survive!!

I have been having waves of nausea all day. Using the gel like I'm suppose too. Scared to death to throw up. I really am not hungry. Trying to sip the chicken broth and water.

Lol...me too. I told my mom I was gonna yell out star are you here?? I got there a little before 7 they took me back to surgery a little before 10 and I was out by 1045. Left the facility about 12. I've had some nausea this morning and my left side and left shoulder are hurting. Gasx has done nothing for me. Been making laps around the living room.
