  1. My dr released me to go to the gym at my 1 week appt.
  2. I tried several drinks and disliked them all. I finally tried premier protein from SAMs club ($18.88 for 12) and it tastes just like chocolate milk to me. It is 30 grams protein and 5 grams carb per 11 oz bottle. I have been drinking 3 a day for 3 weeks now and still love them.
  3. I take prenatal vitamins and have for a few years. I have no kids but love the way my hair and nails grow. My nutritionist and dr said it was fine to continue them after surgery.
  4. I am like clock work every month but the first month after surgery I was 2 days late.
  5. My nutritionist gave me a list of approved items to use and chia was one of them.
  6. I am 29 and was told by a few people that I was to young and shouldn't get banded. I of course didn't listen to them. It was the best thing that I have ever done. Thank you for your uplifting message. It is always nice to hear some positive messages.
  7. I was banded Nov 7 and have since felt like I have a constant bubble stuck under my ribs almost like I am severely hungry. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it go away? When I burp it relives the pain for about 5 seconds then it is back.
  8. I was banded yesterday and I to was in the same severe pain. the only thing that finally helped me was ibu profen. the liquid pain meds and heating paid and walking did nothing. I am glad that I am not the only one that feels like I can not take a deep breath.
