  1. I was banded on November 15 by Dr Bagneto and I'm down 26 pounds. I go next week for my first fill. Nice to see others Fromm area on here! Good luck!
  2. I had 2 c sections and had a hysterectomy. Lap band was nothing compared to those. The worst part is the gas and a little soreness. I hAd surgery on a Thursday and on Sat I was shopping and back to work on Monday. Just walk, walk, walk to get rid of the gas. A heating pad helped me too. Good luck!
  3. I would love to be added to the facebook page too. I am under Julie Tucker Nobles.
  4. My Dr gave me a couple pages from sugar busters, which has totally confused me. I have no idea what to eat. I've been looking for high protein low/no sugar but I'm afraid I'm going to gain weight. My surgery is November 15. I don't know anyone who has had Lap Band to give me advice.
  5. My surgery date is November15. My Dr gave me a sugar busters diet. I started low sugar per the sugar busters anything less than 3.5 grams of sugar, all whole grain items are ok. I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out what I can eat and I'm afraid I'm going to gain weight. Any suggestions? I do not know anyone who has had this surgery to get advice from.
