My nicknames at work are big girl and fluffy. One of my co workers,who use to tease me, got offended when I called myself big girl. I really got attached to that name. I have to catch myself now when I call myself these names, because I don't have that body anymore. I feels good to hear them say: girl, your are losing that weight.

I have a co worker who was banded in Mexico 5 years ago and she couldn't find any one in the states that would give her maintenance on her band. Her band slipped and she had to get it removed.

Coffee is like crake, I'm addicted. I can cut back on food, but not my coffee.

I found some at HEB(Houston, Tx). They sell quick i see. 42 grams of protein.

Let a tape measure be your guide. It makes me feel better when I'm discouraged by the scale. The scale is always going to fluctuate.

I work in a prison, in an area where i have to walk a lot. For some reason, i want to eat or snack through out my 12 hour shift. Do I need my band tightened?
