Hi, desperately seeking a band bud to talk to lean on and be leaned on for support through this new adventure! Banded 10.23.12 Was down 32lbs but gained 4lbs since mushies started..Struggling with thoughts of..what have I done! Etc etc!!

How much.of a.fill do u have? Just juice?

Im 3 weeks out and havnt lost anything in two weeks..plus I gained 4lbs when I started mushies..i too am feeling like..wtf!!

I too have a weight watchers scale that is inaccurate..!

Surgeon told me first fill will be 4cc's ..my band is 10cc and empty..is that aggressive? Honestly, I feel I could use the fill now at 3weeks post op..gotta wait 3 more weeks...

I had one egg with lite mayo mashed up n it went down fine..i doubt u got stuck..the nut said to eat only 1/4 of an egg..yea right!

Hi, Im newly banded and am dying of head hunger! I obsess over what I will be able to eat. What kind of foods are you eating? Are you just eating too much too fast? Good luck with your appt!

I had my 2 wk follow up today! Cleared for Puree Stage and all activities! Took my steri strips off and Mederma on! And I burped! So happy about that! Ive lost 32lbs since My first visit on Sept 7th! I go back Dec. 5th for a fill..but he said if I lose 8 to 10 more pounds by then he is not gonna fill me..the fill will be 4cc in my empty 10cc band if I get one!

The protein source in those shots are not high quality..I wouldn't drink one if you paid me!

Teena you froze cottage cheese and mayo? I didnt know that you cld freeze those foods?

...and your healed..and no fills..why are some foods still intolerable? Also, how much does an unfilled band actually constrict?..or is there no difference than before surgery?

Thanks Ladies, last night I took gasx, and then to sleep I took the tylenol 3..got up n down alot to walk..deep breaths..it was awful but I felt better this morning. Its still there but not as bad..and still cant burp..hanging in there! And back to work tmrrw! Thanks for all your support!
