  4. First day back at work today. It went really real. No one really quizzed me about how much weight or surgery. I had my post op appt with my surgeon and was shocked to find out that I already have 1cc in my band. Other that I'm feeling great. My surgery was on the 14th and I'm so looking forward to that can of tuna tomorroe.

  7. I ate a lot before my surgery and gained 8 pounds. Come to find out I had to lose 10 pounds from my pre op surgery weight before they did the surgery. It was a huge mess and embarrassing to explain toy surgeon that I did lose weight but he didn't believe me because all I really list was the weight I gained. Get it. Basically and thank god I had a weigh in from a previous doctor appointment that showed my weight of 220. My first pre op date was in October and I was banded in December
  8. I finally found something that helps me with my nausea. I know I only tried it one time ( last night) but for the first time since surgery ( 10 days ago ) I had relief. I had nothing to eat or basically drink lol after 7 pm.
  9. Welcome Patty I felt the same way. I was embarrassed to walk into the surgery center. Until I got home and that's when the reality set in. I had to do something. I stopped myself before I gained another 100 lbs. Be proud of yourself. We are all here together.
  10. We sound like a bunch of old people obsessed with our bowel movements lmao I guess I was the opposite. I had diarrhea the whole time. It finally stopped about two day ago.
  11. Sorry hit enter lol.. post op day 9. Do you think it is possible to have a slip this early in the game? PS I have been following the rules. I just think I read to much and get myself worried.
  12. Hey my banded family ! I just wonder if any one else is experiencing nausea at night. I'm post op day 912
