I am just tired, but what else is new! lol Yes, anything I eat or don't eat I feel it, when I burp it hurts in my chest...I am going for my post op on thursday, andthat is also one of my many questions.... Have you have any naseaus or diareha? I've had some unfortunatly! Omg I've almost finished my bottle of gaz x, I don't think its helping though!

The best I can describe is a painful burp.--nothing comes up or anything though and it happens everytime i drink and even when i dont!

Hmm, I don't use a straw because I thought that made too much air. I don't know if it even is heartburn, cause I've never had it before, but thats what it feels like. I can only drink about 1/2 cup of liquid per hour. I am gonna go buy sippy cups today, maybe that will help. No medications, so that can't be it either...hmmm....

Nothing I am not supposed to be....Juice, gatorade, soup.... I am burping a lot too, which is very painful. I can feel it in my chest...

I was banded 5 days ago. I am having terrible heartburn and chest pains. Is this normal? Does it go away?

I don't know I think you should call your doc. Things like that are hard to decide on your own...

I was banded Monday. I felt good yesterday but today I have a bad case of diareha. (sp?). Hopefully it won't happen to you cause its very unpleasant! :sick

I am backkkkkkkkk I had my surgery yesterday...My tummy hurts-like I did a million sit ups. My neck hurts from the hospital bed...Thats about it though! I am tired so I will write more tomorrow!

MY surgery is Monday the 26th! I am waking up with anxiety attacks! I am so scared, but also excited!!! AHH Help!!!!

I didnt want to push the interview back cause it looks bad, ya know. It will only be an overnight trip.. Another thing, the place we are staying, has a spa. Is it too soon to get a massage? lol!!!

My surgery in Monday! I have an interview 6 hours away on Thursday!!!!!! I don't know if I will be able to do this. I am 22 and healthy so I am HOPING I will be well enough to go. How did everyone else feel 3 days after surgery? Enough to sit in a car for a long drive? I won't be driving obviously. What do you think? Thanks, Jackie

Are they allowing you to get the surgery? Usually your BMI has to be over 40. If you do get it, I would expect you to lose about 20 pounds. 50% of your EXCESS weight.

Hey! I am being banded on the same day as you! I try and weigh myself only once a week. I'd rather see a big number at the end than small numbers all week long!

Hey I am another young bandster. I am 22 and having the surgery in a week. I am so scared!!!! My husband has been very suportive, my family has mixed feelings about it. I guess my worst fear is not losing weight. I've gained 80 pounds in the last 7 years, and I am about 140 pounds overweight. UHHH, I hope this works!!!!!!!!!!!

2-3 months for me. There were many appts. I needed to do beforehand. It went by REALLY quickly though! My surgery is in 11 days! :clap2:
