  1. No not fun at all.When something gets stuck I feel it in my chest.Not only does it come out of my mouth it also comes out of my nose.Gross!But I feel much better once it does come up.

  3. Once you make it passed the third day it gets easier.I lived on broth sf jello,sf pudding, and sf popsicles. Are you allowed those?
  4. Well I'm very frustrated.I had my surgery on 9-6-2012.I lost 10 lbs. Pre -op and 15 lbs post op but for the last week I'm up 3 down 3.I weigh my food and use fitness pal to track my calories 800-900 a day. What am I doing wrong I'm so discouraged..Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
