I have PCOS, which in turn makes me insulin resistant. I take 1000mg of metformin. I can swallow them w/o any problem

Well. Tomorrow it will be 30 days since my surgery. I have lost 10.75 inches from my body. I have lost 17 pounds since surgery date. 32 pounds since seminar in February. I had my first fill Wednesday the 24th w/ 3cc. Im so happy I cried a littlw today lol!

My first fill today too!!! Down 15 pounds. 3cc

well the burning in my sternum is still there, but I think its better. My surgeon too said some people just have more swelling than others. He made me feel lots better because I was feeling like a wuss. I was sleeping on my side the night I had surgery.

Mine is clear liquids 24 hours after, then full liquids for 2 weeks. (It has been 4 days) On the full liquid diet I can have soggy cereal, thinned oatmeal, and some baby food. Then 2 weeks of soft food.

I think you should be fine. I took all of mine off last night. Of course I am a RN and the worst patient

Oh girls! Im sorry your day three was worse. I had bad gas pains, that woke me up during the night but, it ok today. I finally went to the bathroom (TMI I know)
