  1. I feel pretty good, just a little tightness in my stomach of course. Lol. But all is well. I'm on a 2 week liquid diet 2 ounces each for breakfast, lunch, &dinner of protein shakes, and all the water, broth, and sugar free Crystal light I want. Can't wait to start my new Journey.

  3. Thank goodness my surgeon did not require a liquid pre op diet for 2 weeks. All he said was do a diet for a week.. Weight watchers, Atkins, any low fat diet for a week. I mean its great to want to lose weight before surgery, but any low fat diet will help Shrink your liver. Just saying..
  4. Lol!! I'm very nervous, but probably more excited!! ???‰ I was thinking of starting lil early as well. Start a low cal diet Oct. 1, then starting Bariatric Advantage oct. 13. It's this high protein shake my friend did before his surgery and he list 18 pounds before surgery just with the shake.
  5. Okay. That's great! When are you starting pre op diet?
  6. Yay!!!! I have the date and everything, but haven't got insurance approved yet.. Lol. Did your insurance approved yet?
