  6. Your still healing and bloated and gassy. Give it time stay off the scale for a few days. Work on sipping and walking the gas out. Trust it, u will loose. Seeing the changes my body is making amazes me. Ur gonna feel this way soon. I'm just 5 months post op.

  11. I was in a lot of pain after surgery. Walking on a treadmill was very hard. I took it slow, but I had a hard time. You may b one of the lucky ones up and walking right after. Best Wishes! I have no regrets!!
  12. Better out then in! I chew fiber choice daily. I think ur lucky I could not go at all in the beginning.

  15. Rest. Surgery was just a month ago your body had to adjust to your new plumbing. Your doc should b doing lab work soon to check your vitamin levels. Walk rest walk rest hang in there!
