  1. You can do it! It should be an interesting trip do a some exploring by foot (stay safe tho) and hopefully you will sweat a lot

  3. Well, I missed you said "out of the country" you have to sight see so ad walking to the list.
  4. I had surgery on Tuesday 3/26 and they held me hostage until Saturday 3/30 LOL
  5. I say 10 lbs... There is really nothing to do in the hotels after work but eat, drink, watch TV, work out or swim so we expect you to be in the pool or in the gym! LOL

  16. I would wait for open enrollement and change insurance carriers. Do some research to see what options you have and what their requirements are. This is just a delay! Best Wishes

  19. Congrats on everything! The surgery was hard for me I was in so much pain. I'm 6 weeks out and I still like laying in the bed. My energy is not back to normal yet. I was not exspecting that, but you could be perfectly fine and ready to go. I say play it by ear if you can get up right after surgery you might be one of the lucky ones. Best Wishes
  20. I had surgery 3/26/13. 6 weeks post op this is my first day back to work and I want to climb under my desk and sleep LOL I'm wishing you the best! keep us posted on how it goes!
