  2. I was able to shower on discharge day that was day three for me i was able to brush my teeth wash my face on day two. Everyone is different. I went back to work in 4 weeks Everyone is different with there recovery some went back in a week some longer.

I have 7 furry children! 5 large dogs and two cats (one light weight and one 20 pound main coon) the dogs knew I didn't feel well they mostly sat beside me until I reached to pet them..my cats are bonded so much to me they kept trying to climb onto my stomach and nest, that didn't work...Ouch. I'm good to go know they can jump and sit on me now. I love my furry children they are unconditional....

  5. You may be getting your cycle. I didn't gave mine for a year with IUD on place and had it removed before surgery. Had sore breast pre surgery had mammography everything negative then wham day of surgery full on period after a freakin year. Was told that is not unusual also being over weight . my suggestion is to make sure your mammo is ok and a manual exam of breasts is ok...I'm very proactive in that area because there is breast cancer throughout my family.

  7. Yes true sugar alcohols and certain sweeteners they use in sugar free foods cause GI distress in some people. Gas' date=' bloating, diarrhea and pain.

  11. Oh yeh I remember when I got my peri guard IUD put in....OMG the cramps lasted two weeks I almost jumped off the table when it was inserted! Had it removed last year and it was a good thing because I had a low grade infection from the device ...argh
  12. 3 bites of salmon, 1 teaspoon baked potato and 4 asparagus tips.....Yummmmmmmmmmm
