What is the green zone again? I weighed 202 starting and am only down 12 lbs. had band on oct 25. I'm feeling really down about not losing more weight. I think I might have even gained. I'm eating more and food seems to be going down easy. Any advice?

Hey all, Ive been on mushies but have been eating soup bc of the convenience. Soup has a lot of sodium so I'm afraid of gaining bc of it. What are you guys eating in the mushy phase? Need help!!

My doc is making me wait 6 weeks before my 1 st fill!

Banded on the 25th. Stomach finally back to normal. More walking I did the more the swelling went down. Starting different foods today rather than just clear liquids. I got a bunch of cream of whatever soups, mash potatoes, refried beans, egg beaters... I am still conscience of my protein intake as I know that protein is what makes your body heal faster, taking my vitamin c and multi vitamin. I want to make sure that although I can go to these foods I still stay at a low calorie intake bc you can go over so easily!! Anyway, I agree with whoever said they wish they could exercise... I'm down 10 lbs... Gonna start walking today for real, maybe a couple miles if I can. I didn't do this for nothing!!! Hey anyone know what I could use on my scars to make them less visible? Like scar removers or whatever????

Wow. In my. Experience everyone was super professional... Nurses are taught to be a patients advocate so I wouldn't get too stressed. I really do hate surgery though... Putting your life in others hands... Sucks.

Banded yesterday and I'm still having a lot of incisional pain. Doc put me on Tylenol with codeine. I really would like something stronger bc of the pain. What do you guys think? Had a hiatal hernia too. I'm trying to have has much protein as I can. Had 2 1/2 protein shakes, chicken broth, sf Italian ice, Popsicle today, also water. They gave us a recipe to put some of the protein powder in the jelly which is an awesome idea.

Where can you buy bio oil? Is that the full name?

Got lapband yesterday morning. I had so much pain! Now I have abdominal pain by the incisions. It's been easy sticking to the liquid diet so far. Hopefully I feel the same in a couple days.
