I wear my good bra under my sports bra abd it seems to really keep them in place!

The slimes! I walk and spit a lot and try not to drink anything till it passes. I have such a busy schedule and found myself eating while driving to a meeting and it happened! I thought I was going to die! But really have found I can't attempted to make it pass with more liquid. I pulled over and walked around.

I was with my stunning Gorgeous Mother at her monthly Nail appointment. My mother has never had a weight problem and is 4'11 Im 5'1. As I am a professional Singer, my mother tries to brag about me and was eager to introduce her nail tech who's daughter also sings. I go to shake her hand and she surprisingly states, WOW YOU HAVE BIG DAUGHTER! Needless to say we never spoke of music As mother and I drove off, she noticed I was humiliated! She said Honey, she meant your Tall! Yeah Mom thats what she meant....:/

Amazing Doll!

I dropped Cigs cold turkey when I had my gallbladder removed prior to Being Banded. It was rough but I'm 6 month without a drag. It makes me nauseated to smell smoke. I lost a step parent to lung cancer so I am glad I broke the cycle in my life.

Hopefully 3rd fill this week

Im on 2nd fill too and can relate! I've learned we can confuse thirst for hunger. Sometimes when we are dehydrated a chemical sensation in our belly triggers our mind to think (Hunger). I am having my 3rd fill this week and Im determined to show up with weight loss. My friend just had her 4th fill and says she is finally feeling restriction. Please don't feel down things will be tough but we have it in us to succeed with this tool!

Oh my Goodness! Me too!!! My friend had the sleeve month after My band. She has been really successful. However, I didn't want to cut my stomach in half or reroute my intestines. I wanted a tool to help me. It only makes it more clear to me that Its all up to me!

Yes I agree the fills hurt! But my surgeon does it pretty quickly. I just hope my next visit will open up the opportunity to better understand my body and the expected changes. My doc is usually very short with me and our visits dont consist of a lot of conversation. But I am taking a list of my concerns and questions and Im gonna demand more attention! lol!

Thank you for the encouraging words! I am very embarrassed but I have to move forward and get past the fear. I just see soo many great stories and I want success in the end!

@LJ, yes I am measuring all my meals, I carry a 64 oz jug of water with me at all times and I walk 1 hr 3 nights per week. I am unfortunately under tremendous stress and I cant sleep most nights. I haven't seen my surgeon in 6 wks and I need to meet with nut. I bought a fancy scale thats weighs bmi, water weight etc. but it didn't work, it kept saying I was 5'7. Lol! Well I made a double appt for nut and surgeon for next thursday! I pay my surgeon to help me with my weight soo I have to face him! Wish me luck!

I work from home Thank God! But My Boyfriend tells me my stomach makes the Loudest noises! Even from drinking water or hunger pains. It Never sounded so disturbing. Definately Band related!

Had my second fill a month ago. Lost 3 lbs but nothing more all month! Just got over a stomach virus this week. Violently vomiting!! For 24rs im doing more water than ever. Im am doing 1200 calories per day. Thanks to my fitness pal. Still no weight loss! I canceled my 3rd fill this week due to the fact i am terrified to look like a failure. I am determined to lose more before I see my doc. He intimidates me sooo much. I feel soo low! Even with a stomach flu i didn't lose!
