  1. I Was re- banded (long story) 6 days ago. I had a lot of pain etc that seems to be passing now, although I have a lot of gas pain still. About how much should I be walking now? I try to get up and walk a few minutes each hour I'm awake, but should I be aiming for longer walks too? I realize it is different for each person bit some general hints would be great. Thanks!
  2. I had this too, even the brown fluid. My band had not moved, but my stomach had herniated up through my band, had restricted blood flow and a tear. Go to your doctor and get this checked ASAP. I had emergency surgery to correct everything. Hope ur ok!
