  2. Hi Muñekita! Wow, you got to start soft foods quick, lucky...I'm 2 weeks post op and still have one more week of liquids/cream Soups then soft foods for 2 weeks then I can start on solids slowly. Hang in there, it'll get better ????

  4. Hi everyone...I had plication done on 3/21, I'm down 8.5 lbs down one week out. The doctor warned me the weight loss would be slow so I'm fine with that; but, he said I wouldn't be hungry and I feel like I could eat a horse!!! I had a rough few days after surgery (hospital for 4 days) due to nausea and vomiting but now I am hungry. I am doing my protein shakes 3-4 times a day and I'm on the full liquid diet for 2 more weeks and then can start soft foods....any ideas on what I can have that will fill me up?!
