  4. Back pain here also! Banded on the 23rd. Mine is lower back pain. I read that I may not be drinking enough but I feel like thats all I do.
  5. Also try malt o meal. Real good and fills you up. Great in the morning.
  6. I had my surgery done on the 23rd, I have that same feeling in my chest. It is alot better today. Even though it hurts to sit up, just try to a little bit, may relieve the pain.
  7. And these shakes feel you up?
  8. Thats kind of what I was thinking. I think being on the liquid diet for so long will get our stomach use to what we have been eating, so maybe anymore then that you will feel full. I know my doc office said alot of people come back for their first fill not feeling any different, or even gaining wait. This part is to get us use to eating better things for us. I think you have a little fluid in the band right now, so maybe you wont eat as much when you switch to normal food.

  10. I was just told nothing over 20 pounds for lifting. Mainly watch what you eat and how fast so you dont throw it up to cause a slippage.
  11. Yes shakes also. How could I forget
  12. Cottage cheese and applesauce I can have also,. WOW! Cant believe I am looking forward to it
  13. Dr. Malley in Kansas. I am from Missouri
  14. ok good that you feel like me- its not good. But I thought I was a baby or something, Seems like the posts I have watched or read, they are like "oh no pain, I was back at work 4 days later"
  15. What have you been eating? Maybe we can share something with each other that we havent had. I was able to have pudding today. Basically its been apple juice, sugar free jello, broth, sugar free popsicles/fudgesicles, tomato juice, and lovely water.
  16. It is so hard not to eat when everyone is eating around you. Are you still resting? I hurt the most when I try to bend down.
  17. Better then what I thought. The cold turkey on soda pop before hand was the hardest. But my incinsions are still sore. How about you?
