  1. Yeah, I have younger brothers and they are the excuse a lot of the time when my mom and I go grocery shopping. It's hard, but I think I'm getting back into it. I am just in a rut right now I guess.
  2. Thanks guys! Really appreciated
  3. I feel the same way! I was banded in December and the first few months went great but now I'm caving in to my cravings and I don't have the motivation to get to the gym after working nine hours and going to school full time. I've lost 30 pounds so far, but I have a goal of getting down to at least 190. Any advise??
  4. I was banded on December 12 2012. My last fill put me in the beginning stage of the 'green zone' but I don't feel that it's tight enough for me. I'm still hungry, and it's the worst at night. I know a lot of it has to do with my emotions, meaning that I eat when I'm stressed or sad. Lately I've been really stressed out with work, and that's caused havoc on my diet. I pack my lunch, which helps, but when I get home I just don't have the energy or the 'will power' to stop myself from eating bad foods (for example, ice cream). How do you guys deal with it?? I'm really looking for some advice. I'm down 30 pounds, which is awesome, but I've been stuck there for about a month now. I try to go to the gym, and if I can't make it, I try to take the dogs for a walk around the block to at least do something, but someday's I can't even do that. How do you fit time in for exercise when you work nine hour days and are a full time student??? I appreciate all answers =)

  7. Hey all! I was banded on December 12th. I've had two fills so far and I'm only at 3cc's but im hanging in there. Feel more hungry now more than I did with the other fill. Working out and watching what I'm eating, I'm down 20 pounds! The journey is going to be long and sometimes rough, but I know it will be worth it in the end!!

  9. Anyone know how to tell if your band has slipped? I have had the band for about two months now and I had my second fill on the 6th of this month. I feel like I'm hungrier now more than ever before the fill. Any ideas?
  10. I have the same rules for getting fills from my doctor. I am always starving too! He told me that I am able to eat up until I go in to have my fill done.
