  1. I'm currently using the Super advance Whey Protein with 26g with each scoop consisting of 140 calories that I purchased from Walmart. My personal trainer says those carry to much fat and I needed 100% protein from the GNC store. Any suggestions?
  2. Ok Thanks Jewel I feel a lil bit better knowing people with the similar skin issues. I'll probably just keep watching it closely but your absolutely right my body is going through something drastic with the different phases of this diets. I agree I hope our skin gets better soon:-)
  3. Thanks Jewels, I was thinking that maybe it was the 100% Whey protein shakes. I was looking up some allergies to it & hives & eczema are two symptoms. Don't know if I need to change or not......
  4. Thanks Maddysgram I'm just a little worried didnt know if i was having allergic reaction to something.. 2012 those are the same kind of bumps that I have on my face. They don't hurt or itch but they are small raised bumps that I've notice all of a sudden.
  5. I'm almost 4 weeks post op & I've started to notice only on my face small fine bumps are starting to appear. Only thing I've introduce new after having the surgery is the 100% whey protein shakes & biotin. Is this normal or do I need to be worried?!?! Any similar issues?!?!

  15. I haven't loss any hair yet either. Thank God but its still early!!! It's only been 3 weeks on tomorrow though but I did go to Walmart & they had Biotin 1000 mcg & 5000 mcg.
