  1. I was told to avoid nuts because of the far content. But I do love almonds.
  2. I need some suggestion for high protein snack I can take to work with me.
  3. To give your stomach time to adjust to the new tightness. It is trauma to your stomach with each fill so it will swell up. Liquids give your stomach a break.
  4. I went to my surgeons on Thursday to get an adjustment. I hadnt been there since February and had gained 12 pounds because I had no restrictions and was hungry all the time. I had 3 CCs in my band. The PA added 1 cc making it 4 cc. It felt fine in the office but the next day was horrible. I couldn't eat or drink without PBing or completely vomiting. My back was hurting horribly along with my stomach and I was waking up at night coughing and choking on fluid, which I don't know where it came from since I couldn't drink. I called the surgeon and I came to the ER this morning. He removed 1/2 cc and now I am back to little to no restriction at 3.5cc. Idk when I'm ever gonna get it right.
