  1. Where is the pain? You said it radiates to your back, is it your flank? You should be doing a lot of protein now and if you don't get enough fluids you could get a stone. Stone pain can radiate to the groin or to the back. I would see my doc and have a UA run. Not sure where you work, could you do a urine dip there?
  2. My family and I enjoy eating out after church every week. Portion sizes are so big these days that there is usually plenty so I can share with someone. This way i don't get limited to the poor choices on the kids' menu. My sleeve is pretty close to 4oz so I only need a little bit. Only once did we get charged for sharing a plate. Honestly, it must happen a fair amount, because no one has even questioned us. Good luck and have fun.
  3. I put boneless chicken breasts and thighs in the crockpot covered with a jar of mild salsa and either a can or 2 of corn (liquid too) or I cut corn off of a couple of cobs. I cook it all day then shred it before serving. It is very tasty and very moist. My whole family loves it.
